Oregon is Magic: Oregon Mural Trail

Visit Forest Grove’s New Art Installation

Downtown Forest Grove is the latest town to unveil a billboard-sized mural based on Travel Oregon‘s whimsical Only Slightly Exaggerated advertising campaign. The enchanting illustrations from Travel Oregon’s campaign are brought to life with a series of murals throughout the state.

Tualatin Valley’s mural, located on the corner of Main St. and Pacific Ave., was painted by Beaverton artist Holly Henderson, and celebrates Forest Grove’s and Tualatin Valley’s rich wine history.

The mural is the seventh to be unveiled. The Oregon Mural Trail is designed to inspire travelers and to encourage them to experience the wonders these communities offer.

Travel Oregon, in partnership with the Oregon Cultural Trust, worked with Oregon-based non-profit Forest for the Trees to create seven hand-painted murals in rural communities around the state, bringing the campaign’s captivating visuals to life along the new Oregon Mural Trail.

Art in Tualatin Valley

The nostalgia and heritage of quilts can be seen throughout the Tualatin Valley with the introduction of the first panels of our very own Quilt Barn Trail of Washington County.

The Tualatin Valley is an artist’s enclave. Many talented artists live and create here, and their works of art can be viewed throughout the area along these self-guided art walks.
